Ordering
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per fragrance for stock bottles, and 1,000 pieces for stock bottles with custom colour spraying. Gift sets start at 500 sets. Custom moulds typically require 10,000 pieces.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We provide 30 ml development samples from our ready formula library at USD 30–60 each, refundable against the first production order. Custom development samples are quoted separately depending on the brief.
Development
Do you develop exclusive formulas?
Yes. Our perfumers can build an exclusive formula from your brief, with a development fee that covers two to three sampling rounds. The formula remains exclusive to you and is covered by an NDA.
Can you match a reference fragrance?
We can create a close interpretation of a reference, but we do not produce exact copies of trademarked commercial fragrances. We will tell you honestly when a reference is not achievable at your target cost.
How many modifications are included in a sampling round?
Each round includes up to three modifications of the same direction (for example, sweeter, fresher, more woody). A change of fragrance family starts a new round.
Compliance
Do you provide IFRA and EU compliance documents?
Yes. Every formula is supplied with an IFRA certificate and an EU allergen declaration. For EU sales we can coordinate a CPSR through our approved assessors.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Our standard formulas are not tested on animals and most are vegan. Some formulas contain beeswax, honey or animal-derived musks; we will flag these and can usually offer a vegan alternative.
Packaging
Can I customise the bottle and cap?
Yes. Stock bottles can be sprayed, frosted, printed or hot-stamped. Caps can be custom coloured, engraved or replaced with a custom mould. Fully bespoke bottles require a mould investment and a higher MOQ.
Do you design and print the gift boxes?
We handle structural design, artwork review, proofing and printing for rigid boxes, folding cartons and sleeves. Digital proofs are provided before mass production.
Logistics
What are your typical lead times?
Sampling takes 7–10 working days per round. Bulk production is 20–25 working days after artwork approval for stock components, plus 15–30 days for custom packaging. First launches typically take 14–18 weeks end to end.
Which shipping terms do you support?
We ship EXW, FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou, CIF and DDP for selected markets. Air and sea freight are both available; dangerous-goods regulations apply to alcohol-based perfume and are handled by our freight partner.
Payment
What payment terms do you offer?
New customers: 50% deposit, 50% before shipment. Repeat customers can apply for 30% deposit with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading. We accept T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance and PayPal for samples.
