Your name on the bottle

From a reference scent and a target price to a shelf-ready product. We handle fragrance, glass, closure, box and the paperwork in between — with one team accountable for the timeline.

One partner, five disciplines

Fewer handoffs. Fewer surprises.

Most launches lose weeks between the fragrance house, the bottle supplier and the printer. We keep all three in one building — and we tell you when a brief will not fit the budget before you spend on samples.

  • In-house perfumery and application lab
  • Stock and bespoke glass, caps, pumps and collars
  • Structural and graphic packaging support
  • IFRA, EU 1223/2009 and CPSR coordination
  • Batch documentation and retained samples

Process

Five stages, one timeline

Typical first launch: 14–18 weeks. Repeat orders using existing components: 8–10 weeks.

01

Brief & feasibility

We review references, market, target retail price and quantity. You receive a feasibility note with realistic concentration, packaging options and cost bands — before any sampling fee.

3 – 5 working days · no charge

02

Fragrance development

Choose from 1,800 ready formulas or commission an exclusive. Each direction is supplied as a 30 ml sample with a cost estimate per unit at your quantity.

7 – 10 days per round · 2–3 rounds typical

03

Packaging selection

Stock glass, cap, pump and collar options with decoration. We confirm compatibility with the concentrate and provide a physical mock-up before mass production.

15 – 30 days depending on decoration

04

Compliance & artwork

IFRA certificate, allergen declaration and label review. We check your artwork for mandatory information before it goes to print — not after.

5 – 10 working days

05

Bulk, QC & shipping

Maceration, filtration, filling and AQL inspection. We ship EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP, with dangerous-goods documentation for alcohol-based perfume.

20 – 25 days production

Capabilities

What we can take off your plate

01

Fragrance development

Ready formulas, modifications and exclusive briefs across fine fragrance, home and body. Perfumers in-house, not subcontracted.

02

Bottle & closure sourcing

Stock moulds from 10 ml to 200 ml, plus custom development. Caps in zamak, Surlyn, wood and PP with engraving and metallisation.

03

Secondary packaging

Rigid boxes, magnetic coffrets, folding cartons and mono-material sleeves. Structural design, proofing and print management.

04

Regulatory support

IFRA certificates, EU allergen declarations, CPSR coordination, SDS and heavy-metal reports for each batch.

05

Low-MOQ production

500 pieces per fragrance with stock components. Ideal for capsule launches, market tests and subscription programmes.

06

Repeat-order continuity

We retain your formula, specifications and component references, so reorders do not restart from zero. Same batch code system, same documents.

Quality

Documented, not promised

Every production batch is traceable. If a customer asks for the allergen declaration two years after launch, we can retrieve it.

  • Retained sample from each bulk batch
  • AQL 2.5 inspection before shipment
  • Alcohol GC report and concentrate lot number
  • Stability testing for colour and odour
  • Compatible pump and liner validation
